Friendly staff and enjoyable amenities

During my stay, I found the indoor pool area to be delightful for my family, although we noticed the pool was quite cold despite it being advertised as heated. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our visit. However, the room we received had some maintenance issues that could benefit from improvement.

Just a heads up, they might get busy so be prepared to ask for extra towels if you need them. 😊
